After login cPanel you can configure mail client e.g Outlook Express automatically.

How to configuring FTP connection?

FTP is shortening from File Transfer Protocol. Using this protocol you can make changes on your web presentations. You should have FTP Client e.g Filezilla, WsFTP to connect with server. Some Basic manuals for configuring FTP : 1.Choose your FTP client. 2. In section for host insert your domain name (domainname.com). 3.In sections Username and Password enter yourusername and password. 4.Default port for connection to FTP server is 21. 5. If PASSIVE mode is on, turn it off. 6.Firewall or Antivirus software can block connection. 7. You need to configure that FTP protocol do not block it. Then you can connect to your FTP account and upload data to your chosen direcotory.

What is 500 Server Internal Error?

This problem can be due to wrong place for .htaccess file. Solution: 1. Remove .htacess file or locate it in proper folder. 2. Note: .htaccess file, and all files starting with . are not visible in Linux- Unix OS. 3. If you cannot find this file, check if you enabled hidden files in FTP client. If this problem still in presence then please submit support ticket to us.

How to create manage a MySQL database?

Firstly, login to your cPanel account. If you don’t have your username and password, you can reset it after login your account with us. Once you’ve logged in, select MySQL databases from the list (click or MySQL Database Icon). Then, type in a Username and a Password into the relative fields and click the “Add User” button. Domain names point to nameservers to locate their zone files — to do this, a domain name must point to the nameserver holding its specific zone file.

How do I know which nameserver to use?

When you register a domain name with us, we automatically park the domain name and set its nameserver to our parking servers. If you activate the domain name or make changes to your website's hosting, your hosting company provides the nameserver names or IP addresses where your domain name's zone file is located. Use this information to update your domain name settings at your registrar. How do I set up URL forwarding for a domain?

You can set up URL forwarding to point your domain (e.g. http://yourdomain.com) or sub-domain (e.g. http://subdomain.yourdomain.com) to any destination page of your choice (e.g. http://namecheap.com). Normally, when you set up URL forwarding for a domain, it will take effect within minutes. Please note that you can only set up URL forwarding for a domain using NetLink default nameservers.

How to access my hosting account via SSH?
